There was a time when I felt anxious beyond hope and believe me…I hate feeling anxious.  My anxiousness became so ingrained that it turned into heavy depression.  What a dark time THAT was!

I’m actually thankful that I experienced anxiety and depression to that degree because I can empathize with others who are going through similar pain.  With help and a decision to transform my thought life, I got back on track and started stepping out in faith, achieving some very big dreams.

People ask me all the time if I believe anyone can overcome anxiety and worrisome thought habits…?

As a matter of fact, my answer was SO BLUNT that when I did a video about it on Facebook, TONS of people responded…
