One key principle Amy encouraged me to implement was to guard my rest (unplugging from the world and its demands). As I took care of myself better my focus and energy increased as well as my resiliency to deal with my life as a whole. I saw how this internal peace improved my decision making, conflict resolution and even building up my business.
