Good morning!
This week, starting on a Monday, I felt like sharing with you on the topic of consistency. Balancing self care, spiritual and physical health and being a mom and wife can feel crazy or overwhelming or both! I’ve found being consistent REALLY helps me make time for what’s important.
Even though I love gooey brownies, my physical health has always been important to me. One strategy that helps me stay consistent with workouts is remembering my why. My why may be similar or completely different than yours. Here it is…To stay vibrantly healthy until the day I die so I can be of help to as many people as possible. When I am vibrantly (physically) healthy I feel happier, more confident, sexier, stronger and energetic. I can sprint when I need to, play with my kids, work long days when required, listen intently to someone for a long time (without losing my focus) if that’s what they need. My why propels me to stay consistent with my health goals.
What is really important to you? Are you making those things/people a priority? What would you have to shift to become consistent in those areas of your life? I’d love to hear about it!
This week I will continue to share on strategies and tools I use to help me stay consistent in other areas of life. Keep an eye out this week!
