Recently I was coaching Anna. She has been a long-time client of mine.
If you don’t watch my videos on LinkedIn or Facebook, you might be surprised to learn that Anna’s number one tool to reduce stress and increase happiness in 2019 was setting boundaries.
That’s right. Anna ditched anxiety and unhealthy stress and feels way more calm.  She now communicates clearly and confidently with her husband, kids and team at work BECAUSE she’s setting boundaries.
She no longer feels pulled in 20 different directions without a moment to herself!
When encountered by a tough conversation, she’s now open and inquisitive, caring about others feelings without taking responsibility for them.
Pushing through and doing your best is important but setting boundaries is what makes you feel calm and confident.
Boundary setting helps you communicate openly, ask for help, get great sleep, get quality time with your spouse and kids and accomplish the exciting vision you have for your work life.
