Recently I received a thank you note from a past client.  She told me about how working with me had helped her make big changes happen fast.  That happens naturally when you’re accountable to someone else!

The tools I used to help her make changes fast were:

Think Bigger

My client was looking at her personal and business challenges from only one angle.  By asking some specific questions I helped her shift her thoughts to allow room for new perspectives.

If you go through life without questioning the way you think, you may be slowing yourself down and severely limiting yourself.

Evaluating Standards

She knew that she was taking on too much.  She was naturally a motivated, go-getter but she didn’t know how to effectively prioritize.  She expected so much of herself in all of her roles which left her feeling drained and disappointed.  I showed her how to re-evaluate her standards and create realistic expectations and goals that rejuvenated her instead of depleting her of energy.

Trusting Instincts

Have you ever experienced a niggling feeling that seems irrational?  Have you ever ignored multiple signs that were pointing you in a specific direction?  If you don’t listen to that quiet voice that tells you,

“You need to push yourself more in this area”

“If you slow down a bit, life will be more enjoyable”

“Watch your words”

“Insert the voice you hear ___________”

then you risk not growing into the person you want to become.  Take the second or minute that’s necessary to listen and become more in tune with what you’re sensing on a daily basis.  It will help you make decisions that will propel you forward, improve how you feel, improve the quality of your relationships and impact how you view yourself and your potential.

Keep Shining Brightly,

Amy
